Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and eZ APPS LLC (“we”, “us”) for the EZ POKER GTO app and website. By using the app, you agree to them.

1. Who can use the app

You must be at least 17 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. The app is rated 17+ for simulated gambling. If you do not meet the age requirement, do not use the app.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for activity that happens under your account. One person, one account — do not create accounts to evade limits, bans, or reward caps.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (tap your avatar, then Delete account). Deletion is permanent: your chips, career progress, hand history, statistics, and friends are removed and cannot be restored.

3. Play chips

• Chips are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use a feature of the game. You do not own them, and they are not your property.
• Chips have no monetary value. They cannot be sold, traded, gifted outside the game, exchanged for real money, or redeemed for anything of value.
• We may adjust chip balances, reward amounts, prices, and the game economy at any time — for example to fix a bug, to correct chips obtained through an exploit, or to rebalance the game.
• Chips expire when your account is closed or deleted, and are not refundable.

4. Purchases

The app may offer optional in-app purchases of additional play chips. Purchases are processed by the App Store, and Apple's terms and refund policy apply. All purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or granted by Apple — we cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves. Prices and the contents of any pack may change.

Buying chips does not buy an advantage over other players' outcomes: cards are dealt by a provably-fair shuffle and no purchase alters the deal.

5. Advertising

The app offers optional rewarded video ads in exchange for chips. Watching ads is always your choice. Ads are served by Google AdMob; see our Privacy Policy for what that involves. Attempting to spoof, automate, or otherwise fake ad views to mint chips is a breach of these terms.

6. Fair play

You agree not to:

• Cheat, collude with other players, or use bots, scripts, or automation to play.
• Exploit bugs to obtain chips or progress, rather than reporting them.
• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the app, our servers, or other players' sessions.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players, or choose an offensive handle.
• Access the service through unauthorised or modified clients.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and remove chips obtained in breach of them.

7. Strategy tools

The GTO trainer, equity calculator, and solver are provided for education and practice. They are offered as is, may contain approximations and errors, and are not advice. Do not rely on them for decisions involving real money.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you provide, such as a profile picture or handle. You grant us the licence we need to host and display it in the app. Do not upload anything unlawful, infringing, or offensive; we may remove such content and act on the account behind it.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including online multiplayer, at any time. We may update these terms; if a change is material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost chips or lost progress. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Apple

These terms are between you and eZ APPS LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
