EZ POKER GTO is a play-money poker and strategy-training app published by eZ APPS LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can delete it. We keep the data we hold deliberately small.
The short version. We collect the sign-in identifier your Apple or Google account gives us, the gameplay data your account needs to work (chips, career progress, hand history), and advertising data used by Google AdMob to show rewarded video ads. We do not sell your personal information. You can delete your account — and everything tied to it — from inside the app at any time.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a stable identifier for your account, your display name, and your email address if you choose to share it. Apple lets you hide your real email; if you do, we only ever see the relay address. We never receive or store your password.
Profile information
Any in-game handle you choose, and a profile picture if you set one. If you pick a photo, the image is stored with your account so it follows you across devices. We access your camera or photo library only at the moment you choose a picture, and only with your permission.
Gameplay information
Your play-chip balance, career progress, tournament results, achievements, hand histories, statistics, and your friends list and friend requests. This is what makes your progress persist and follow you to a new device.
Advertising information
The app shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may process your device's advertising identifier and ad-interaction data. On iOS we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking occurs; if you decline, you can still watch ads and earn chips — the ads are simply less relevant.
Local network
The Home Game feature discovers other devices on your local Wi-Fi network using Bonjour so you can play in person. This discovery stays on your local network. We do not collect or transmit a map of your network.
Technical information
Our servers process the usual information needed to answer a request, such as the IP address the request came from, and we keep short-lived operational logs to run the service and prevent abuse.
Marketing emails (website only)
If you enter your email address on our website to request beta access, we store that address so we can send you an invitation. That is separate from the app and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
2. How we use information
- To create and maintain your account and sign you in.
- To save your progress, chips, statistics, and friends, and sync them across your devices.
- To run online multiplayer and match you with other players.
- To show rewarded video ads and to credit the chips you earn from them.
- To keep the game fair — detecting abuse, cheating, and attempts to mint chips.
- To respond to you when you contact support.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.
- We do not use your data to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children (see section 8).
4. Play money — no real-money gambling
Chips in EZ POKER GTO are play money. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, and cannot be cashed out. The app offers no real-money gambling and no real-money prizes. Optional in-app purchases buy additional play chips only.
5. Service providers
We share information only with the providers we need to operate the service:

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our players or ourselves.
6. Where your data lives and how long we keep it
Your account data is stored on servers we control in the United States. We keep it for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete the associated data as described below. Short-lived operational logs and records we must keep for legal, security, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, purchase records) may persist for longer.
7. Deleting your account and your data
You can delete your account from inside the app: open your profile (tap your avatar) and choose Delete account. This is permanent and immediate.
Deleting your account removes your account record, your play-chip balance, your career saves and progress, your hand history, your profile and handle, your online player record, and your friends list. We also remove you from other players' friends lists, and we revoke the Sign in with Apple token that links your Apple ID to the app.
Deleting your account does not refund in-app purchases; play chips have no cash value and cannot be redeemed. If you cannot access the app, email us at the address below and we will delete your account on request.
8. Children
EZ POKER GTO is rated 17+ for simulated gambling and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. The fastest way to exercise deletion is the in-app control described in section 7; for anything else, contact us and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases for processing are: performing our contract with you (running your account and the game), your consent (advertising personalisation and access to your camera or photo library), and our legitimate interests (keeping the game fair and secure).
If you are a California resident, we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Security
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. Sign-in tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect precisely so there is less to protect.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
